Terms of Use
These terms describe the core rules for using Insighta to publish, discover, participate in, and manage research studies. Creating an account or using the platform means you agree to follow them.

Account eligibility and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Participant onboarding currently requires users to be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Researcher responsibilities
Researchers are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, safety, ethics, and scientific appropriateness of their studies. This includes obtaining any required institutional review board or ethics approval, presenting informed consent, limiting collection to necessary information, protecting participant data, honoring stated rewards, and complying with applicable research, privacy, employment, consumer, and anti-discrimination rules.
A listing must not misrepresent the study purpose, sponsor, eligibility requirements, time commitment, reward, risk, use of data, or available spots. Insighta’s publication workflow does not itself constitute ethical, legal, or institutional approval.
Participant responsibilities
Participants must provide truthful eligibility and profile information, follow study instructions, avoid duplicate or fraudulent participation, and submit genuine responses. A listing is an invitation to review an opportunity, not a guarantee of eligibility, acceptance, approval, or payment.
Rewards, study budgets, and payments
Reward availability and amount are stated on the relevant listing based on information supplied by the researcher or platform administrator. Rewards may be subject to completion, validation, quality review, researcher approval, fraud checks, and applicable payment-provider requirements. Processing timing can vary. Researchers are responsible for sufficient study funding and for accurately describing any raffle, non-cash benefit, or unpaid opportunity.
External services and study links
Some studies may continue on an external survey, video, scheduling, or research tool. Those services are controlled by third parties and may have separate terms and privacy practices. Insighta is not responsible for content, availability, or data handling on a third-party service.
Acceptable use
You may not use Insighta to break the law; deceive or harm users; collect information without an appropriate basis or consent; publish malware, spam, harassment, discriminatory targeting, or prohibited content; manipulate rewards or response-quality systems; scrape non-public data; probe platform security; impersonate another person or institution; or interfere with the service.
Platform moderation
Insighta may review, restrict, close, unpublish, or remove accounts, studies, responses, or content that appears unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, technically harmful, or inconsistent with these terms. The platform may also preserve relevant records when reasonably needed for security, payment, dispute, or legal purposes.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Insighta does not guarantee that a researcher will receive a particular number or demographic mix of responses, or that a participant will receive a particular number of matches or rewards.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Insighta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, research outcome, participant suitability, data accuracy, or third-party performance. Deployment-specific terms should define the governing entity, jurisdiction, warranty exclusions, liability limits, dispute procedure, and any mandatory consumer rights.
